​An innovative technological breakthrough in the field of composting with an emphasis on the TEHNIX BIOBRAZDER of the new generation. In modern technological and ecological conditions, the need to improve the biodegradable waste management system becomes an imperative for sustainable development. The company Tehnix d.o.o., in cooperation with the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb, experts from the Croatian Academy of Technical Sciences and leading experts from technical faculties, realized a significant professional and technical project for the development of a new generation of composting technology with an emphasis on the BIOBRAZDER type TEHNIX machine. This machine represents a synergy of modern engineering knowledge and environmental responsibility, with technical excellence and innovation that meets the latest industrial and environmental standards.

Technological development and structural solutions

BIOBRAZDER TEHNIX was developed as a multifunctional machine for processing and forming compost furrows in the process of aerobic composting of biodegradable waste. The key mechanical component of the machine is based on a robust and reliable drive train that ensures continuous mixing, turning and shaping of the compost material, which improves the oxygenation process, accelerates decomposition and homogeneous temperature distribution in the compost mass. Structurally, the machine is designed in accordance with the principles of modular design, which allows for easy maintenance and servicing, as well as flexibility in implementation depending on the volume of waste and specific user needs. The drive mechanism integrates a highly efficient hydraulic system with optimally coordinated transmission elements for power transmission, including cardan shafts, reducers and drive rollers with wear-resistant knives.

Cabin: Ergonomics and safety at the highest level

One of the key elements of the improvement of the BIOBRAZDER TEHNIX compared to previous generations of machines is the installation of an advanced Lochmann cabin, fully glazed on all four sides. This solution significantly improves the visibility of the working field and allows the operator maximum control over the process of forming compost furrows, which increases the precision and safety of work. The cabin is additionally equipped with an air conditioning and heating system for operation in different climatic conditions, sound insulation that reduces noise exposure, an air seat with shock absorption to reduce vibrations and increase comfort during long-term work of the operator, multifunctional control consoles that facilitate manipulation of the machine and its functions. These features result in a significant reduction in operator fatigue and increase overall productivity and safety at work.

​Ecological and industrial significance

By investing in such technology, Tehnix has ensured that the composting process has been raised to a significantly higher level of efficiency. High-quality compost obtained using the TEHNIX BIOBRAZDER is used for soil improvement, in organic agriculture and horticulture, which directly contributes to reducing the use of artificial fertilizers and preserving natural resources. Given the increasingly strict EU directives on the disposal of biodegradable waste, such a functional and innovative machine represents a technological response to the challenges of the circular economy and enables the implementation of the "zero waste" principle in practice.
