​Contract Signed for the Procurement of an Automatic Baling Press in Široki Brijeg

​A contract for the procurement of an automatic horizontal waste baling press, worth BAM 263,250.00, was signed today in Široki Brijeg. The agreement was signed by the Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of the West Herzegovina Canton, Mate Lončar, and Željko Horvat, President of the Management Board of TEHNIX ECO INDUSTRY d.o.o. The project includes the delivery, installation, and commissioning of new equipment for the reception, dosing, and automatic baling of separately collected waste for the needs of the public utility company “Čistoća” d.o.o. Široki Brijeg. It is co-financed by the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The new baler will enable more efficient waste management by reducing volume and optimizing transport, thereby further improving the city’s waste management system.
