TEHNIX continues to grow through people, technology and quality
TEHNIX Eco Industry held its traditional Autumn Employees’ Assembly, where the company’s business results for the first nine months of 2026 were presented, together with development plans for the remainder of the year and preparations for 2027.
In his address to employees, the company’s management
emphasized that every achievement is the result of teamwork and the dedication
of all employees across production, development, logistics, service,
procurement, sales and administration.
A strong focus was placed on ongoing investments in advanced manufacturing technologies, including robotics, laser systems, machining centers and other modern production equipment. Management highlighted that technology is not intended to replace people, but to support employees by making work safer, more efficient and more productive.
TEHNIX continues to invest significantly in its workforce through improved working conditions, full reimbursement of commuting expenses, wage adjustments, performance incentives, workplace modernization, employee health and safety initiatives, and the introduction of new employee engagement programs.
Looking ahead to 2027, the company reaffirmed its commitment to digitalization, innovation, sustainability and technological advancement, while further strengthening its position as one of the leading environmental and industrial technology companies in the region.
