TEHNIX ECO INDUSTRY Participates in the 4th Job Fair and Employers' Meeting at Čakovec Technical School

On 6th November 2026, TEHNIX ECO INDUSTRY participated in the 4th Job Fair, entitled “Skills Seek Skills”, and the 4th Employers' Meeting, held at Čakovec Technical School. The event brought together business representatives, employers, students and educational institutions with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the education system and the business sector and better aligning education with labour market needs. Through its participation in the Job Fair, TEHNIX ECO INDUSTRY presented its business activities and operations, while having the opportunity to meet young people pursuing technical and vocational qualifications. Such events provide a valuable opportunity to connect with future professionals, exchange experiences and introduce students to opportunities for professional development, practical training and future employment. As part of the Employers' Meeting, a panel discussion entitled “First Job, High Expectations: Challenges of Starting a Career and Employers' Expectations” was also held. The discussion focused on young people's expectations when entering the labour market, employers' needs and the importance of mutual understanding and building effective working relationships. TEHNIX ECO INDUSTRY recognises the importance of investing in young people, developing professional skills and aligning education with the practical needs of industry. Cooperation between educational institutions and the business sector is a vital foundation for developing a skilled workforce, fostering new knowledge and ensuring the availability of qualified professionals needed for future growth and development.
